Timber Buildings
Sheds must be paid for on delivery. All goods remain the property of Capital Sheds until paid in full.
As with all natural timber products, they will be subject to movement and deterioration as they season. This may become evident with shakes, splits and warping.
Timber is a natural product and these are not considered to be faults or defects.
Please note that sheds are erected on your firm level base only.
If we do not consider the base to be satisfactory, an extra charge will be levied for this service.
Any timber buildings erected directly onto a concrete base unfloored, cannot be guaranteed to be 100% waterproof.
